The interior of the restaurant, reminiscent of a hideaway, retains the atmosphere of a bar and is exciting. When you sit at the counter, you can enjoy the skilled chef's sushi right in front of you. The size and seasoning of the rice are adjusted to your preference, making it very easy to eat. Of course, the sushi made with seasonal seafood is excellent, and I was impressed by the careful preparation of the tempura and unusual side dishes. In particular, the fragrant fatty tuna wrapped in seaweed is unforgettable in its deliciousness. There is also a wide variety of drinks, including sake and shochu, allowing for a relaxed and happy time.
