Special Samgyetang Ginseng Chicken Soup – a Whole Chicken. ※Frozen state. Pot required. For 4-5 people. [Note] Frozen product. How about a samgyetang party at home? Samgyetang is a traditional Korean royal court dish made by stuffing a small whole chicken with glutinous rice, ginseng, chestnuts, pine nuts, garlic, and simmering it for a long time. Our samgyetang uses a whole chicken weighing about 1 kilogram, suitable for 4-5 people. Please place the unopened pouch in a large pot and heat it in water for about 30-40 minutes until it boils and thaws. Once it is completely soft and thawed, cut open the pouch and transfer it to a clay pot to bring it to a boil. Adjust the flavor with the included green onion, sesame, and salt. No preservatives or additives are used.
