Chadolbagi is enjoyed in a yakiniku style with extremely thinly sliced brisket of premium black wagyu beef sourced from Ohashitei in Miyagawa-cho, Kyoto, which is proton-frozen to preserve its exquisite flavor. Please enjoy it with a special sweet and sour sauce with chili peppers. Wrapping it with dashi egg, kimchi, and grilled lettuce doubles the deliciousness.
This is the manager's recommended set, where grilled clam meat is wrapped in chadolbagi and eaten. By wrapping grilled tairagi clams in the already delicious chadolbagi, it becomes even more delicious. Eating it with salt and wasabi is the basic way. Additionally, it becomes more delicious with toppings like takana, kimchi, and dashi egg, so please try to find your favorite way to enjoy it.
