The food at this restaurant is very good. The charcuterie platter and the Hidaka Ezo Deer Deglineson are especially wonderful. The wine selection is also excellent, perfectly matched to the flavors of the dishes. The spring risotto with granapadano and rape blossoms was also very impressive and seasonal. In addition, the Ezo Deer Degrinezon cooked in a variety of ways was sumptuous and satisfying. The final dish, a chocolate terrine, was also superb. A luxurious afternoon at this restaurant is like no other.
