We went to Itchel's, which was introduced on TV. Reservations were made even before the restaurant opened. The samurai shiitake mushrooms were especially delicious. There are three kinds of salt and sauce available, and they give you recommendations for each tempura. Since we made a reservation, we were also able to try a half-size filet of black wagyu beef and fresh untoni. It was an exquisite dish. The rich taste of the unotan matched perfectly with the flavor of the Kuroge Wagyu beef, creating a multi-layered flavor in the mouth.
