The restaurant features four different types of tantanmen being offered. I ordered the soupless "Masamune" tantanmen. The soupless style of tantanmen is considered the mainstream in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. After mixing the noodles and ingredients well, the bean sprouts appeared from under the noodles. As we slurped the noodles, the flavor of piquant and spicy hot hot sauce spread out.
