Beet tea bottling from Uji, Kyoto Deer burger with cream cheese and blueberries Cardamom Tea Pancetta Carbonara Broken Meat Pie with Pecorino Cheese Sauce apple

Don't go to eat! I go to feel! I think I go to restaurants quite a bit. In terms of food, eating, and cooking, I can't really give this one a score... From the point of view of going to see some kind of show, it might be possible. So it was delicious! I enjoyed it more than the food! That's how I would describe it! The burgers are the main thing, but the specialty burger restaurants are better. And the portions are huge... Ah! It is paired with alcohol. It seems to be the best when paired with Champagne Dom Perignon. I am non-alcoholic, so I may not appreciate it. Carbonara and dessert were good. I've never had any non-alcoholic drinks, but, they were one of the few that I thought were good. The tea was good. Oh, the coffee at the end is delicious! New! I think the atmosphere is good. Music too! Sometimes the chef is in the DJ booth. I personally think it is important to create a space. But I don't think the chef has to do it... I wonder what it is... I thought marketing is important. I think it is best to go to see a theater, to eat a meal, or to charter a restaurant for a private party and enjoy it with your friends and family! I'd be happy to pay around 15,000 yen!

81 by Chef Nagashima from El Bulli, which is said to have been the hardest to get a reservation in the world! The music selection and the aroma of the space matched the theme of each dish! It was beyond delicious and super fun! I heard that the next reservation is full until April, so I'm looking forward to the next spring food! This is a dish that looks like a fallen leaf. This one was made to look like a fallen leaf. Potatoes, prosciutto, and bread for the branches!
