The "Ganjanggaejang" is a unique and extravagant dish prepared by Jung Min-cheol, a chef from Busan, Korea, using a recipe he inherited from a famous restaurant in his hometown. The ingredients are also made from the freshest migratory crabs that are sent directly from fishermen in Matsushima, Sendai. Afterwards, enjoy Matsukal's famous Korean barbeque and a variety of Korean gourmet foods. We also offer a 2-hour all-you-can-drink package including draft beer, makgeolli, Korean shochu, and 50 other beverages for only 1,500 yen per person!
This is a very satisfying course in which you can enjoy pork ribs or samgyeopsal!
