The counter, adorned with soft lighting and fresh flowers, creates an immediately relaxing atmosphere. While gazing at the array of Western liquors lined up on the back bar, you can request a light cocktail, which will be made to your liking. The moist steamed chicken and crunchy simmered gizzards have a gentle texture that makes it hard to stop eating. A dish combining seasonal fruits and cream cheese is fragrant with olive oil and pairs excellently with whiskey and wine. There is also a rich variety of warm dishes, such as miso-braised pork shank and stir-fried chicken neck with fermented black beans, providing a level of satisfaction you wouldn't expect from a bar. Thanks to the friendly master, the experience was enjoyable throughout, and by the time I left, both my stomach and heart were completely fulfilled.
