Italian dishes and paired wines If you want to satisfy your heart and soul, this is the place to go. ---The restaurant is located in the heart of the city of Tokyo. Budget:From 10,000 yen Inside: L-shaped counter and 1 table Seat spacing: Wide Lighting: Bright and relaxing Clientele: Late 20's to 60's One 6,000 yen course 4 kinds of pairings: 3,300 yen Persimmon soup A luxurious soup with foie gras and blue cheese. A luxurious item that is hard to believe it is a soup. Duck marinated in rock salt, figs, charred garlic, walnuts and autumn truffles. This is the restaurant's specialty ✨. Dried swordfish, dried overnight, whelk and zucchini minestrone with saffron Cavatelli with red shrimp and almond crema Ravioli with wild boar and taleggio cheese Mushroom purée Oven-baked Ekome beef Chestnut, espresso and marscarpone dessert After-dinner Cafe All dishes are made with a lot of time and effort and are really delicious ☺︎ It was nice to chat with the chef since we were the only ones there at the end! Even though there are plenty of seats, they limit the number of customers to only 3 every day, considering the time it takes to serve the food. It's nice to be able to dine in such a relaxed atmosphere. It's been a while since I've been to an Italian restaurant that made me want to become a regular!
