This is a basic course that allows you to enjoy Akasaka Umaya easily. In addition to the standard Umaya dishes such as Kawashima Tofu's colander tofu and fresh fish with sesame and soy sauce, we also offer dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients. 1.
