All dishes are made using the finest anago (conger eel). From simple dishes that highlight the deliciousness of the ingredients to those paired with seasonal produce, each dish is carefully crafted by the chef. (For course meals, it is definitely more advantageous to make a reservation by the day before. *Only courses priced at 7,700 yen or more.)
The weight in grams is for conger eel only. The photo shows 200g for ¥2,900, 150g for ¥3,900, 200g for ¥4,900, 250g for ¥5,900, and 300g for ¥6,900.
