It's just a short walk from the station, and while the entrance is a bit hard to find, once you step inside, it's quiet and comfortable. There is a calm counter and tables in the back, making it easy to use for meals for two or gatherings with friends. The creative stews are all carefully prepared, and the simmered wagyu beef intestines and salted beef tongue were particularly impressive. The appetizers, such as the fried zucchini and liver mousse in a wafer, and the sashimi with hidden rice, are also exciting in flavor. The drinks can be enjoyed in wine glasses with local sake, and it's nice to see a selection of natural wines as well. When toasting, they say 'Thank you for your hard work,' which shows their thoughtful attention to detail.
