Almost all kinds of alcoholic beverages, including local beer, high-class sake, shochu, wine, and spirits, which are not included in the regular "premium" all-you-can-drink plan, are available for all-you-can-drink. Rather than drinking a large amount of sake, or drinking a luxury sake from one end to the other, the owner will customize the plan according to the theme of each customer and guide you into a slightly deeper world of sake. For those who are curious and want to know more about sake, the owner will be more than happy to talk with you. There are some conditions for this special course. (If we are not able to provide sufficient service, the price will be reduced a little.) We can provide almost all of the alcoholic beverages listed on the menu, except for special items such as bottled wine. Compared to the Premium All-You-Can-Drink Plan, the orderable time is 30 minutes longer (2.5 hours). The price will be revised from Nov. 2023.

Saitama: A sparkling aroma reminiscent of perfectly ripe pineapple, with a vivid juicy sweetness. Many people have become fans of sake through this drink. Its easily recognizable deliciousness, along with an irresistible charm that makes you want to drink multiple cups, has been refined year after year. Although it is now difficult to obtain, thanks to the kindness of the liquor store, we are able to receive it relatively frequently at our establishment.
Yamagata, Mie, Fukushima. These are the most popular and difficult to obtain brands in the current sake world. They are not always available, but we receive them regularly, so if you see them, please give them a try.
Miyagi's pioneer of the local sake boom, Ichinokura. With their high level of skill, they have opened up a new genre of 'low-alcohol sparkling sake.' The sweet and sour, exhilarating flavor sometimes surprises those who have a negative perception of sake and at times captivates them. In honor of the pioneers, we have been offering this since our opening.

We proudly claim to be the 'strongest in the country,' and we are particularly confident when it comes to 'sake.' For those who love sake, we confidently recommend it for farewell and welcome parties, or for entertaining guests. We have over 25 varieties that change regularly. Many of the selections are local sake from Shinshu, the owner's hometown, as well as some that are hard to find even in the local area, including Tokyo. We strive to maintain the best condition. You can choose based on the name or accompanying comments, conquer them in order from the top, or leave it to the manager. Please enjoy our heartfelt all-you-can-drink sake. If you have a specific brand in mind, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please let us know in advance. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to avoid any leftover drinks.
The third type of Japanese sake, Umeshu. The owner has selected highly rated brands over the past 10 years since opening. New brands are also being researched continuously.
In comparison to Western liqueurs typically used in bar cocktails, this is a world of domestic liqueurs with outstanding fruitiness. Based on sake and shochu, it uses plenty of locally sourced fruit juice and pulp. It is popular among people of all ages. The alcohol content is also moderate. It is probably gentle on the body, but it is so easy to drink that caution is necessary. There are not many places with such a rich selection of domestic fruit liquors.
Times have changed, and premium shochu has become relatively easy to obtain. While we do have some famous brands like Kenpachi, Chouun Ichibanbashi, Yamakawa, and Samurai's Gate, most of the current lineup consists of lesser-known brands that the owner has unearthed from the back of liquor stores. We also offer some bottles that have been aged for several years and limited editions that may never be available again, all included in the all-you-can-drink option. Therefore, we believe you can enjoy a drinking experience that is quite different from other places, satisfying your intellectual curiosity.
Both white and red wines are selected for their high cost performance, priced around 1,500 to 2,000 yen per bottle. We especially offer Nagano wines, which have been rapidly improving in quality due to the origin designation system.
You can choose from several high-quality domestic whiskeys, including Mars Whiskey from Shinshu (Koma Kene).
Many people still love it, so we have prepared it for you. Please enjoy our unique twist on the simple mix with ■Oolong Mix■ and ■Green Tea Mix■. The base is the hidden gem shochu from Shinshu, 'Imakoko (Barley)'.
Non-alcoholic drinks are interesting now! The owner's hobby is continuously increasing the selection. We are researching how an izakaya can be enjoyable for those who cannot drink alcohol. ■ Hippy 'Lemon Beer' (a masterpiece of non-alcoholic beer) ■ Non-alcoholic Umeshu 'Baby Tsurume' ■ Shinshu Kogyoku Apple Juice (straight juice) ■ Salty Lychee (also available as soda) ■ Lime Water ■ Iced Coffee ■ Oolong Tea (HOT & COOL) ■ Strong Green Tea (HOT & COOL) ■ Calpis (can be mixed with hot water or soda) ■ Wilkinson Dry Ginger Ale ■ n.e.o. Tonic Water ■ Straight Mango Juice ■ Delicious Black Bean Tea (HOT) ■ Roasted Du Zhong Tea (HOT) ■ Shinshu Buckwheat Tea (HOT) ■ Burdock Tea (HOT) ■ Corn Tea (HOT) ■ Rooibos Tea (HOT) ■ Audrey Farm 'Mountain Grape Tea' (HOT) ■ 4 varieties of Herbal Tea (HOT)

Our restaurant's classic dish. Once or twice a week, we receive river fish (farmed fish) carefully raised by the Iida Fish Farm in Saku, Nagano Prefecture. The recommended item is the improved variety of rainbow trout known as 'Chikugogawa Salmon,' which is rarely available in restaurants within Nagano Prefecture. Thanks to the abundant water sourced from the Chikugogawa River, it has no unpleasant odor, and the umami and texture developed over 2 to 3 years of growth are exceptional. Starting in spring 2026, we will also begin offering 'Shinano Yukimasu' sashimi from the same fish farm as a semi-regular item! This fish also boasts a rich umami and delicious fat that is hard to believe for a river fish, with very limited distribution even within the prefecture. These sashimi dishes are served with a flavorful 'Soy Sauce Koji' specially made by Okaizumi Shoten in Ueda. If you have a particular preference, we would appreciate it if you could place your order in advance when making a reservation. Chikugogawa Salmon Sashimi & Seared Mix 1600 yen, Shinano Yukimasu Sashimi 1800 yen. *Fresh fish directly from Toyosu may also be available on certain days, served as a platter, etc.

Currently, we mainly offer steak made from deer loin. 100g ¥1800 / 200g ¥3600 / 300g ¥5400. Additionally, although it is a spot supply, we may occasionally offer items from Nagano City Wakaho Game, such as: - Bear meat (Asian black bear) shabu-shabu (150g ¥3500) - Mountain sausage (boar meat sausage, approximately 70g per piece ¥850). As these are seasonal items, we would appreciate it if you could inquire about availability in advance.
The forefront of Shinshu livestock! In the wonderful environment of Tōmi City, the Mine Village beef is raised in a completely integrated breeding system, while the Ueda Taro pork is raised by the twin Ogawa brothers at the foot of Taro Mountain. Black-haired wagyu sausages (2 types)... 750 yen, Taro pork frank... 500 yen, Taro pork frank (3 types)... 1400 yen. *Items may change depending on availability.

Small-sized dried squid with innards. This dish has an incredibly concentrated umami flavor, and the slight bitterness of the innards pairs perfectly with sake, making it a rare delicacy. It was closed for a long time due to the Noto earthquake but has made a remarkable comeback. This is a dish made with fish sauce.
A delicacy from Okunoto, the firefly squid is dried whole. The bitterness of the innards is incredibly delicious.
