Open until 3:00 AM on Sundays, "Ippo" is a fish bar in Azabu Juban. There are many kinds of snacks and fish, and the CP of the dishes is good for Juban. The signature snack of this restaurant, horse mackerel nameko, is excellent. It is beaten quite finely, but the ginger is squeezed, sprinkled with dried bonito flakes powder and sesame seeds, and the taste is balanced with the crunchiness of leek and the perfect mouthfeel. It is a dish that I order every time and have trouble getting sake going late at night. The handsome and well-spoken waiter at the counter allows us to be selfish and make what we want to eat, which is not on the menu, as long as there are ingredients available. This time, I wanted to eat natto after returning from abroad, so he made me bakudan natto (^^) The selection of sake is breathtaking. This is Juban price. A single bottle of Hidakami is 990 yen. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and a large number of seats at the counter, where people can enjoy themselves as they please, whether on a date or alone. At the tables, there is always a pair of industry people having a party. Late-night meals, including rice balls, rice bowls, and noodles, are also available, making it a very convenient place to eat.

Open until late at night, "Ippo" is a hideout that can be used by a single person by ringing the intercom. Billing itself as a fish bar, Ippo serves seasonal fish served sashimi, grilled, or simmered, and has a full lineup of Japanese sake. The main counter seats 10, and there are also 4 counter seats on the terrace decorated with bonsai trees. The four table seats are often used for joint parties, but you can spend your time without worrying because the counter is high. We ordered sashimi of Akinata fish, grilled Tachi fish, and the exquisite Aji no Namenro (horse mackerel), which we always order. You can order a small size sake, so you can drink many kinds of sake. I finished with a bowl of rice topped with salmon ikura. Nyu-men (noodles) is recommended as the other finishing dish.

The horse mackerel nameko is a must-try dish. This restaurant can make anything you want as long as they have the ingredients. I always say "selfishness" when I want bakudan, ikura-don (salmon roe on rice), and ara-jiru (fish guts soup). It is a strong ally for those days when you work late at night. The atmosphere is great, so there are many customers who are on a date. In winter, ankou-nabe is available from one person.

The atmosphere is very friendly and easy to use for young people in a party, a date at the counter, or even for a single person. The food is also delicious. I especially like the female chef's days. When you see her frying the eggs, you will think you are in a high-class restaurant when you see her firmly cut the whites of the eggs with chopsticks and fry them to make sure they are thick and tender. The size and quality of the fried oysters, not to mention the heat and care with which they were cooked, were all excellent. And the highlight of the meal. Oysters and rice in an earthenware pot with green laver. The salty taste of the green laver accentuated the sweetness of the oyster. The chefs are from famous restaurants such as "Share Tokuyama" and you will be served with many dishes that you can't go wrong with. The sake is served by the glass, just like at a wine bar, and you can choose the sake you prefer to go with your meal. This time, I visited for the bamboo shoot rice, which is nearing the end of its season. Delicious. The food has been improved and they have added a service that allows you to choose from about 100 different types of sake, making this an excellent restaurant in my opinion. The bill is about 6000 yen if you eat and drink normally. I will visit again.

Fish Bar Ippou" is an interphone restaurant where you can enjoy delicious fish, hot pots, earthenware pots of rice, and many kinds of sake until late at night. I was wondering whether I should post about this weekly rotating restaurant, but on this day I was happy to post because I had a great time with a nice couple at the counter who said they saw my post on Retty and came to the restaurant. We had the last ankou nabe of the season. The pot and earthenware pot rice were excellent, prepared by Yuka-san, a lovely girl who used to run her own kappo restaurant. We told her what we liked to drink and she helped us choose the right sake to go with the dishes. The surprise of the day was not only the delicious ankou nabe, but also the music. We learned that we could make a request and have our favorite music played, so we went to Ippo, a music bar that was very popular in the 80's with customers of about the same age group. The early hours are usually for groups, so I recommend it for a late dinner alone or a date night. The bar is a music bar, and it can be a little noisy even late in the day, but don't worry, the staff will take care of the volume and it is not too loud.

My favorite store~! 🥰 I've been there so many times but never got around to registering 🥺. They have a lot of sake, great food, they stay late, and everyone is so friendly 💓. The horse mackerel namero is a must 🥰, but I forgot to try it yesterday. I forgot to eat it yesterday.
