A soba restaurant to enjoy with authentic sake
Taishu Izakaya Zenzaburo is a lively izakaya typical of Shinbashi, where you can enjoy an all-you-can-drink selection of carefully chosen sake from across the country. The soba made with Hitachi Aki buckwheat is particularly noteworthy, as it is freshly made in-house every day and pairs excellently with the fragrant broth. In the evenings, it transforms into a soba izakaya that offers a wide variety of sake, making it a paradise for sake lovers. The attentive service and extensive menu options add to the appeal, providing a highly satisfying experience.
