Smoked salted mackerel × sweet vinegar rakkyo × mayonnaise, a snack from Yakushima. Pairs well with shochu and sake.

At Fujimaru, the owner who loves shochu recommends mixing it with strong carbonated soda to enjoy the aroma of shochu. Of course, water, on the rocks, or hot water mixes are also delicious. Please let us know your preferred way to drink.
