Sunny Teru. This is a special course to commemorate the opening of the restaurant. Beginning with a colorful assortment of appetizers, the main course features tender red meat of high-quality Japanese black beef, grilled rump. Other dishes include rare ichibo (ichibo is a rare meat) sushi, yukke (yukke with negi salt), slow-broiled roast beef, and a Wagyu Bolognese topped with plenty of Parmigiano to top it off. The menu is suitable for a small group, and is half a step better than usual.

Luxuriously grilled black wagyu beef rump that highlights the rich flavor of the lean meat. With a fragrant sear and juicy meat juices that spread, each bite offers a deep richness. Its simplicity allows you to fully enjoy the quality of the ingredients.
Linguine perfectly paired with a Bolognese sauce rich in the flavor of Black Wagyu beef. A hearty, meaty richness with the aroma of generously shaved Parmigiano cheese. A dish you must try at the end!
A luxurious dish that allows you to savor the flavor of black Wagyu beef with grilled Yukke in the style of 'sukiyaki.' The specially grilled meat is coated with a special sauce, creating a rich depth of flavor and a melting texture. Its vibrant presentation is also a charm that makes you want to take a photo.
Crispy kadaif (ultra-fine noodle-like dough) wrapped around fragrant deep-fried shrimp
A selection of recommended appetizers from Hareru for that day. There are also items that are only available on that day. Be sure to order it as the first course along with the initial meat platter! (Serves two or more)
