This is a junmai sake that can be considered the standard of Takehara Sake Brewery. It has a pleasant drinking experience and a moderate umami characteristic typical of Taketsuru.
Uses soft water from Fukutomi Town, Higashi-Hiroshima City, and Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture. It is slightly dry with a gentle mouthfeel and a finely detailed flavor. It is characterized by a delicate umami with little off-flavor.
