It requires an astonishing amount of time and effort due to traditional cattle raising methods. However, the mozzarella cheese made with such care is exceptional. Please enjoy the 'Milk Bomb' which has been named accordingly.

Ushibuka, located at the southernmost tip of Amakusa City in Kumamoto Prefecture, boasts the highest production of 'Zasseki', a general term for dashi made from fish other than skipjack tuna, such as flying fish and mackerel. The processing method is unique to Ushibuka, where the sea is clean, and it is made with great care, so we respectfully call it 'Amakusa Ushibuka Dashi'.
