신주쿠 3초메에 위치한 이곳은 일본식 분위기의 인테리어로 편안하게 쉴 수 있습니다. 아침에 잡은 신선한 생선과 도요스에서 조달한 재료로 모든 음식이 매우 신선합니다. 사시미는 금목어를 비롯해 모두 품질이 높고 감칠맛이 확실하게 느껴집니다. 구이, 조림, 샤부샤부까지 이곳만의 다양한 조리법이 준비되어 있습니다. 문어 요리는 기분 좋은 탄력이 있으며, 금목어가 들어간 사츠마아게는 부드럽고 생선의 풍미가 풍부합니다. 조림은 부드러운 맛으로 약초와 함께하면 더욱 좋으며, 육수에 가볍게 담가 먹는 샤부샤부와 마무리로 금목어 덮밥과 차즈케 스타일까지 만족할 수 있습니다.
