This is Indonesian fried rice made with a homemade spicy sambal sauce that is simmered for a full day. It has been certified as part of the Sumida Ward brand 'Sumida Modern' since 2013.
Thai stir-fried noodles. It's not spicy, so even those who are not good with spicy food can enjoy it deliciously. For those who like spicy food, it goes perfectly with our homemade spicy sauce~♪
We ask local farmers for fresh Thai basil (gapao). To ensure that everyone can enjoy it, we don't make it too spicy. For those who prefer authentic flavors and like it spicy, we offer our homemade chili sauce, which I believe will satisfy even the most discerning spice lovers! The combination of spiciness, umami, and a moderate acidity makes it highly recommended.
