On October 31, I paid a visit to Hammerhead Yokohama, a commercial facility near the Red Brick Warehouse, because my favorite Hungry Tiger restaurant opened a branch there. Regular set of hamburger steak and grilled chicken The hamburger steak, made with 100% beef without any glue, attracts not only the residents of Kanagawa Prefecture but also many fans from outside the prefecture in recent years. The waiter cuts it in half when serving, so I always eat 1/2 with sauce and 1/2 as is. And I personally want to push the grilled chicken as much as the hamburger steak. The skin tends to burn easily and the part of the meat just under the skin is difficult to cook, so it takes some skill to cook it. The grilled chicken is crispy on the skin and juicy on the inside, and is very tasty! The location on the second floor of the building facing the ocean is also excellent! On the day we visited, the luxury liner Diamond Princess was docked and occupied the windows of the restaurant, but I personally think it is much better than the view of Minato Mirai, where the landscape is extremely polluted with high-rise condominiums. The fries that accompany the meat are available only at this restaurant, and you can choose between the regular version, in which a whole potato is baked, or the French fries. In addition, at other restaurants, the fries are mixed vegetable, but here they are ratatouille. I can only eat corn on the cob with mixed vegetables, so this is too good to be true. I'm also happy to see that they have private rooms available, which I don't think they had at the other restaurants. I think this is a great restaurant that is very useful during the day, in the evening, and at night, regardless of the occasion.
