The other day, my senior took me to an expensive sushi restaurant with full reservations 🍣.
As expected of such a popular restaurant, it was always packed inside and the phone was ringing quite a bit for reservations 😳.
I checked and it seems that there is another restaurant in front of Kitashinchi station and it is easier to get a reservation there 📞.
The good thing about this place is that there are many regulars and they are all friendly!
Also, the owner is very friendly and talks to me in a very casual manner, so much so that I don't feel like I'm talking to him as a customer.
I think the owner's human nature is what makes him so popular.
Also, the sushi is delicious and the sight of the sushi being processed and cooked right in front of you never gets old 🔪🐟.
My senior is always making reservations for me to sit at the counter because he gets along well with the owner and the regulars.
I like to watch them cook more than talk to them.
When I grow up a little more, I want to be able to go to a higher level sushi restaurant like Kitashinchi with pride 🤔.
