It was very hot that day, so I was happy to have a cold appetizer!

Hamo (Japanese conger eel) and young corn rolled up and deep fried with almonds!
The almond slices give it a nice texture and do a great job!
The paste is fluffy, and eating it with curry salt is the best ◎
Nigiri 5 rolls
Tuna, flatfish, shime saba (mackerel), squid, and boiled conger eel
The rice is organic Koshihikari rice produced in Shiga Prefecture, and the ingredients are all natural products directly from the production area!
All the ingredients were seasoned and served without soy sauce!
The tuna was so moist and nettled that I felt like I hadn't had real tuna in a long time!
The cooked conger eel melted in my mouth, I was so happy!
The shime saba (mackerel) was lightly seasoned!
