Lunch Buffet🍄🍽🍽🍄🧀" ¥-4,200
without main dish: ¥-3,500
Also, about the main dish and pasta
You can choose from 6 main dishes
3 types of pasta
Depending on the item you choose, there is an additional charge for some items on the menu, and we were allowed to order the extra charge for both 😅.
At the end of the meal, you can have coffee or tea. ☕️☕︎
First of all, it was my first time at a hotel buffet.
We had some real food besides the buffet 😊.
It was a new experience for me to enjoy the buffet while thinking about the main course.
It was a new sensation and a lot of fun 😊.
With two main dishes and the buffet
I could have enough to make me not need dinner 😭
Thank you so much for the food 🙇♂️
What surprised me at the buffet this time was
The salads!
Dozens of different vegetables and fruits on a plate of your choice, and then, what a surprise, we could put as much cheese on it as we wanted!
We could pour as much cheese on it as we wanted!
There is a hand to hold the cheese and a tool to shave it with the other hand...
It was fun, and I felt like I was shaving sherbet 😊.
You don't have to put too much pressure on it, it just falls down and it's very soothing just to watch it 😊.
And here's the awesome part!
The chef asked me which dressing I would like.
I was wondering what he was talking about. I wondered what he was talking about.
I saw four kinds of dressings on the board.
The chef will dress the vegetables you have chosen with the dressing on the spot 😊.
And it wasn't just the dressing!
The presentation was very stylish!
I tried my best to make it look good, but I was reminded once again how beautiful the chef's presentation is 😅.
And the salad was so delicious!
It was so good that I went for a second helping 😊.
As for the buffet, there were a lot of dishes based on mushrooms and cheese
The cream stew was especially good 😊.
There were also the usual egg sandwiches and mushroom dishes
I have to eat mushrooms! I thought I had to eat!
Especially for bread lovers, I couldn't resist 😅
I feel like I could eat as many of Seven's very popular egg sandwiches as I want, I mean they were the best 😊.
And the sweets that your sweet tooth has been waiting for!
The sweets were as stylishly decorated as a sweets buffet.
Sweets
From the surprisingly delicious to the consistently delicious, it was a lot of fun 😊.
I'm limited to a few words.
I can already see the main dishes just by looking at the pictures!
I went out to eat at a restaurant at night and had a delicious meal that cost about 4,000 yen per person.
and have a delicious meal that costs about 4,000 yen per person.
If you think it's the main dish of a buffet
You will be struck by lightning. ⚡️
I mean, it was so good😊.
Like the Grand Maison Tokyo.
Kimtaku is up there when it's delicious.
That was in every single dish and I was very impressed 😭
Admire the uniqueness of the chef's cuisine, which focuses on Ehime ingredients and acid!
The restaurant is located near the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel on a street with many nice restaurants.
My work office recently moved to the Kitashinchi area, so it is easier for me to go to Kitashinchi Night Dinner.
The atmosphere outside was upscale with a stylish big tree propped up!
Once inside, the restaurant was decorated with a lot of china, which made me feel like I was in the right place.
Counter seating is highly recommended as you can see the kitchen and feel the live atmosphere, but there are also two private rooms in the back, which could be used for entertaining or for a private dinner (lol).
As the title suggests, the chef is from Ehime, and although the meaning changes if it is local production for local consumption, he is committed to using Ehime ingredients in abundance in Osaka and conveying the taste of Ehime and the goodness of traditional French cuisine with unwavering dedication.
13,500 yen omakase course
There is no menu name or description, so I am writing this as I heard it. Sorry for the ambiguity.
First, champagne!
We toasted with Doulamotte Brut.
There were various wines carefully selected by the chef,
I am not a strong drinker, so I felt sorry that I could not drink that much.
The taste shone from the very first dish.
Grilled eggplant soup
A lot of French truffles are on it.
Sanma and autumn vegetables are concentrated inside.
When you press the soup, you can smell the truffles. It's amazing.
The stickiness of the okra raises the thickness of the soup.
*Densuke Anago
with shallot raspberry dressing
Densuke conger eel was seasoned by a master of the nerve-jamming technique,
The conger eel was very plump and had a wonderful slightly grilled flavor.
Carrot mousse, sea urchin and consomme jus
The carrot mousse was made with bay leaves and milk,
The carrot mousse was made with bay leaves, milk, and a little cream added at the end to bring out the flavor.
The sea urchin from Ehime was both sweet and bittersweet, very tasty and accented.
The consommé was a consommé jus made with Ehime's Himekko Jidori chicken. It was very pulled together.
The mousse, the sweetness of the sea urchin, and the consommé soup without any cloying taste all tasted impressively delicious.
*Western Chawanmushi
The aroma was very prominent from the moment it came out!
Sauce with shallots, judobo and vinegar.
Taro was placed on the bottom and a confit of tongue was placed inside.
Even though it is a tongue, it is so soft that you can get it with your gums!
The taro was imported from Ehime, and I couldn't believe how tasty taro is! I was surprised at how delicious taro is. It is the best.
*Dragon fish fritters
Crispy! Fluffy inside!
This year's swordfish seems to be quite good.
I heard that the big ones are called dragons, which I had never heard of before!
He said he uses ingredients from Saijo City in Ehime.
*French duck foie gras terrine
The figs are in the foie gras, and the sweetness of the figs and the fatty taste of the foie gras go very well together.
The pistachios on top add a nice color to the dish.
*White sweet sea bream from Ehime Prefecture
With a sauce made from soup stock and herbs.
It was served with a succulent plant called grapara leaf,
I had never had it before, but it was very tasty and had a high moisture content.
The sauce had a very nice dill flavor and was a fragrant sauce that went well with the white fish.
The crispy texture of the fried scaly fish and the fluffiness of the flesh is very addictive.
*Roasted fawn
Not a fawn, but a fawn.
Slowly roasted fawn is very tender,
The fawn was slow roasted and very tender, with almost no smell of game due to the hunter's careful processing,
It was very easy to eat.
This fawn was also hunted in the mountains of Matsuno-cho, Ehime.
We are grateful to nature.
Mont Blanc
Is this Mont Blanc? I thought,
When I ate it, I found it to be a Mont Blanc!
The sourness of the blackcurrants and the sweetness of the chestnuts go very well together.
Pistachios were also sprinkled on top, giving it a rich color.
The chef also serves a chef's chewy cake called "tuile".
The chef even makes delicious sweets. It was really wonderful.
The last one,
Herb tea
*Home-made financier with honey from Ehime
It was like a calm tea time, and we were eating the financier while reflecting on what we had eaten.
This financier was also handmade and had a gentle sweetness using honey from Ehime.
It was already a storm of delicious food from start to finish.
It was a dinner where I could feel the chef's attention to detail right in front of my eyes!
Thank you very much!
If you are lost in Umeda, this is the place to go! A restaurant where you can enjoy sophisticated cuisine prepared by a chef from Kamakura♪
I use this place every time I am in trouble in Umeda, so I guess my good friends have been taken here before. LOL!
I finally took a proper picture of it, so the time has come to write about it lol.
Before I go any further, let me say that the chef is also a DJ as a hobby. LOL!
But that's beside the point. The restaurant is located in Shibata, which might be easier to understand if I say it's in the direction of the Grand Front North Building in Umeda.
Not many people go to that area, so it's a real hole-in-the-wall. (I really don't want to tell you! LOL)
The restaurant has a counter and high tables.
It used to be a standing drinking style, but now chairs are placed. \cH0000000000}
The chef came out from Kamakura to Osaka for various reasons, and we are really grateful to him for coming. LOL!
This restaurant is the reason why I came to love carrot rapé so much!
Cakesalet
I can't tell you how many times I've heard this one over and over again. LOL!
A side dish cake born in France!
It's very salty and sweet, moist, and insanely delicious!
Carrot Rapée
You must try this one.
This dish allows you to enjoy the sweetness of the carrots.
Pate en croute
This time, it contains duck, pork, and foie gras,
The consommé jus balances it all out and is insanely delicious.
This is the chef's recommendation.
I heard that there is a world competition for pâté en croute, so I really hope it will be there.
It seems that pâté is something baked with dough and the part is spread all over.
Quiche with Green Peas, Potatoes and Bacon
Do you like quiche?
I told him that I love it. I told him that I love quiche, and he said I should definitely try this one, so I had one of the two types.
It is filled with green peas and has a good balance of salty bacon and sweet potato.
Cheese and Mushroom Pie Wrapper
I saw this one on the counter and asked, "What is this? I asked, and was told that it is a pie filled with cheese and mushrooms, so I had to try the pie with all my favorite foods lol.
The pie is crispy and has a delicious cheese flavor!
Smoked mackerel
This is a menu item that has been around for a long time, but I haven't had it for a long time.
It is the most delicious.
It looks beautiful and is a fusion of Japanese and French cuisine.
Handmade Orecchiette
When it comes to homemade pasta, there is no other way but to eat it! This is the "shime" dish.
It has cherry shrimp and spring cabbage in it, so it smells very spring-like. The chewy texture of the orecchiette was delicious! I ate it all in one piece!
The drink was a lemon chu-hai with eiei eiei.
It is not on the menu, but if you read the reviews here and tell them you want to try it, they may be able to make it for you if they have extra lemons or if they are not too busy!
I'm often like this, so I'll be back soon! LOL!
Thanks for the food!
