Famous worldwide, it is located near a spring called Pupu Springs, using the sacred water that flows from that spring to make gin. It uses a spirit distilled from white wine (Sauvignon blanc) as one of its botanicals. It is a fruity gin, similar to white wine.
The aroma is very complex, with scents of green sansho leaves and crushed sansho berries, along with the fragrance of root vegetables like burdock. The taste is very sharp with a clean aftertaste. The aroma of pesticide-free sansho.
