A fusion experience course of "food" x "art" produced by creative company NAKED, INC. (NAKED), consisting of a total of 8 dishes of food x art experiences that fuse technology art, such as VR and projection mapping, with cuisine. New cuisine will be developed by Chef Shane Kawamura, who trained at The Ritz-Carlton, Waikiki Beach's French restaurant "La Vie" and other restaurants.

Our popular vegan acai bowl features organic acai puree. It is cultivated organically without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. We focused on achieving the authentic flavor reminiscent of acai enjoyed in Hawaii, along with a unique 'shorishori' texture that is rare in Japanese acai bowls. Of course, the superfood acai is expected to have benefits for anti-aging, beautiful skin, and improving gut health, and we also lavishly use fresh fruits such as pineapple and banana, tailored to the season.
Using blue spirulina, which is characterized by its cool appearance in hot summer. It combines blue spirulina, butterfly pea powder, and natural pigments extracted from gardenia fruit, achieving a natural blue color and high nutritional value.
