In the spring of the fifth year since its opening, the omakase course at Ichi-Sushi will be reborn. The owner, Harada, has 22 years of experience as a sushi chef and has also trained at a ramen restaurant (now Ichikosha). Starting with a gorgeous dish using seafood from Fukuoka, Kyushu, the sushi time is decorated with carefully selected fish and rice. And to finish, a small seafood ramen that changes from season to season. The omakase style of sushi is exclusive to Koko City Sushi. Contents】4〜5 dishes using seasonal fish, 8 kinds of nigiri-zushi, mini city ramen (until the end of May: crab ramen, June: to be determined) *The ramen may change without notice due to availability. Sushi can be added after the course.
