This is a sake specially brewed in Kobe's Nada, a famous sake-producing region, with an alcohol content of 13 degrees. This healthy, new sensation rice wine, which can be called Japan's Sauvignon Blanc, is easy to drink like white wine and pairs excellently with our fish dishes and sea urchin rolls. It is available in glasses and bottles (6800 yen).
