You can choose 2 types of fresh fish selected from the fresh seafood sourced from Toyosu. It is more economical than ordering individual sashimi, so you can enjoy only your favorite fish, which is very popular.

If you want to eat just a little of your favorite fresh fish! We also have a la carte sashimi available for such occasions.

Every morning, we procure fresh authentic tuna from the tuna gathered at Toyosu Market, cut it, and deliver it to our customers.
