Fresh chicken from various parts is skewered and carefully stewed. The base for the stew is made by simmering chicken broth for a long time and finishing it with a uniquely blended miso.

A specialty of our restaurant, enjoyed with rich egg yolk. A luxurious dish where the juicy flavor of chicken meat blends with the richness of the egg yolk.
The chicken broth is made by extracting flavors from parent and young chicken bones, chicken wings, and vegetables for over 10 hours. At the end, Hakata miso and flying fish broth are added to create a rich chicken broth full of collagen.
A must-try drink made fresh to order! The sour highball with plenty of fruit flavor is an exceptional glass. We also offer a non-alcoholic 'Seasonal Fresh Soda.' Please check with the store for details. Examples include peach sour, strawberry sour, melon sour, pear sour, and more.

The sake rice is 100% Koshitanrei from Iwafune, Niigata Prefecture.
A dry type of Shochikubai. It features a crisp and refreshing throat feel. This sake particularly shines when warmed.
