Fresh bonito, directly shipped from Kochi, is seared over an open flame after you place your order. Enjoy it with carefully selected Tosa sun-dried salt and authentic wasabi style. For those who prefer ponzu sauce with their tataki, we also have ponzu sauce available.
This is Fire Pork from Saiki Farm in Kumamoto Prefecture. The pork, raised with a focus on health and without stress, is characterized by its delicate and tender texture, with a light and sweet fat that has no distinct pork odor. We recommend enjoying it with salt to appreciate the ingredients.
