Private room reservation [Shinjuku Ushimitsu Opening Commemoration Course This course commemorates the opening of Shinjuku Ushimitsu. Wagyu beef yukayu dog with crab and salmon roe, scallop and cauliflower yukayu with uchimayo, brioche cutlet sandwich with selected fillet meat, and special seaweed cold noodles are served. All courses will be fully attended by our grilling specialists for the best grilling experience. We also accept requests for celebration plates for special occasions.
