This course is Ginmi's specialty using seasonal ingredients. This luxurious course includes soup stock made from Makurazaki-grown honkare shavings and Rishiri kelp, bowls of seasonal fish, fried chicken wings from Hakata chicken wings that have been carefully processed and dried overnight, and other seasonal delicacies. To top off the course, we serve freshly cooked silver rice "O-okasumi", which is ordered directly from Gihee VIII in Gion, Kyoto. Seven kinds of rice accompaniments are also served with the meal. We have prepared a plan that includes all-you-can-drink (free-flow) for 10,000 yen per day, for one group per day, for the use of the 3rd floor seats. Please use this plan for those who want to spend a relaxing time in the large attic space, or for use within your company. The seating time is 2.5 hours. The use of the third floor seats is for a minimum of 7 persons.
In response to many requests, we have created a 10,000 yen course with free-flow all-you-can-drink (2 hours). Previously available only on the third floor, this course is now available for 2 persons or more. Please note that this course includes all-you-can-drink and does not include soup and other dishes.
