We offer rare fish species prepared as stews or steamed dishes. The cooking method will be adjusted according to the fresh fish.
You can enjoy various dishes depending on the season, such as steamed abalone and fried tiger pufferfish.
We offer rice dishes such as takikomi gohan (seasoned rice) and maze gohan (mixed rice) using seasonal fresh fish and ingredients. The photo shows takikomi gohan made with 'mukago', the bulb that grows at the base of yam leaves. We may also serve rice dishes as sushi.
Depending on the ingredients, we will prepare either clear soup or miso soup.
At the end of the meal, we will serve homemade Japanese sweets and seasonal fruits. Please enjoy the lingering taste with hojicha tea.
