Ugenbu's Eel and Sake You can enjoy eel and sake at a more reasonable price than usual.
A dish that allows you to enjoy the mellow flavor of sweet potatoes. The sweet and soft taste is irresistible. Generally, the 'Kuro' variety is more famous and popular, but when mixed with hot water, the 'Shiro' variety is definitely more delicious. By warming it up, the original mellowness spreads, and a subtle sweetness fills the mouth.
Shochu that has been aged for a long time in oak barrels and sherry casks. It invites the best sake, as if an angel is tempting you. It features a rich flavor and a full-bodied barrel aroma, allowing you to experience the fullness of sweet potato.
It has a refreshing citrus aroma and a smooth mouthfeel. The fruity ginjo fragrance and a soft finish that does not evoke sweet potato. It is sure to change the image of shochu and provide a moving experience.
Using black koji, both primary and secondary fermentation are done in bottles. It has a solid body, with a sweet aroma and deep flavor. This is a fine product made with traditional clay pots and black koji, crafted through atmospheric single distillation. It is an imo shochu made with conviction.
With a traditional technique passed down through generations, we strive to maximize the natural aroma and flavor of barley, resulting in a shochu that stands apart from existing barley shochus, offering a fragrant barley aroma and a deep taste. This shochu recently ranked 10th in the Nikkei Newspaper's 'Expert Recommended Shochu Ranking' amidst the current sweet potato shochu boom.
Kichiro is a representative barley shochu from Oita. It has a refreshing taste. The name of the brand comes from the name of the main character in a famous folk tale from Oita Prefecture. This is a premium product from Nikkaido, aged longer than the regular Nikkaido barley shochu and carefully matured, with a particular emphasis on aroma.
A refreshing and crisp new sake made from Omachi rice. Due to the characteristics of the Omachi sake rice, it tends to have a rich and deep flavor, but as a brewer, it is expressed in the style of Toyo Bijin, showcasing the appealing qualities of Omachi rice. While feeling the depth of the rice's umami, this soft and gentle refreshing sake flows smoothly, making it an excellent choice as a food pairing sake.
A special umeshu made by soaking plums in rice shochu 'Bunzo 35 degrees'. The plums are aged for 10 months to 1 year with rock sugar, and bottled without any processing, resulting in a rich flavor enhanced by the aroma and taste of the shochu, giving it a thick texture.
Plum wine brewed and aged with Uji green tea and Kishu plums. It contains a lot of tannins, is gentle on the body, and creates an exquisite balance of the sweetness of plums and the astringency of green tea. The refreshing taste that is unexpected for plum wine spreads in the mouth.
Plum wine made by soaking plums from Yoshino, Nara Prefecture in sake. Each plum is hand-washed by the brewers, and by soaking them in the sake brewed in-house, a refreshing and smooth texture with rich sweetness is created. The sweetness of the plum is complemented by a refreshing ginjo aroma that is felt more with each sip.
This sweet sparkling wine, made from black grapes such as Brachetto, is a beautiful bright red from the Piedmont region of Italy. The wonderful natural sweetness of the fruit is a gift brought by angels. Bottle

Chilean South Riesling white: A dry Riesling characterized by a mineral feel. It has a moderate petrol aroma with hints of pear. A balanced style with a beautiful acidity and moderate complexity. Bottle
French Burgundy Chardonnay: A prestigious domaine that has been producing wine for four generations in the dry Chablis region. As a Premier Cru vineyard, it is a very full-bodied type, offering a powerful taste experience.
French Bordeaux Merlot/Cabernet Franc Cabernet Sauvignon Red: A full-bodied wine originally owned by the Despagne family, which became famous for this chateau. It has a lively taste with pleasant acidity, and offers a body and tannins from the fruit. Bottle
American California Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc Petit Verdot / Merlot / Malbec red: Full-bodied with a remarkable sense of balance and complexity.
