Made with Matsusaka pork from Mie Prefecture. Be sure to pay attention to the freshly baked bread sourced daily from bricolage bread & co.! The homemade sauce, supervised by a Michelin-starred French chef, is exquisite. This is truly a carefully crafted dish that takes the best of everything.
This is a spice curry born from thorough research on the classic menu item 'Curry' from a bar in Nishi-Azabu. It features a unique combination of two types of sansho pepper and a soft-boiled egg that creates a delightful experience.
