Otokoyama Namamoto Junmai Sake is brewed only with rice and rice koji from Hokkaido. This Namamoto Junmai has a rich and deep dry flavor.
Hitakami Junmai Extra Dry from Miyagi Prefecture. It has a clean and smooth entry with a wonderful sharp finish.
Hakkaisan Junmai Ginjo, rice polishing ratio 55. Clean and crisp with a subtle acidity, a well-defined flavor structure.
Kokuryu Junmai Ginjo from Fukui Prefecture, has a rich texture, vibrant freshness, and a well-balanced flavor.
Sawanoi Special Junmai Narukuchi Sake from Tokyo. It has a light and pleasant aroma. The balance of sweetness and acidity is good, with a clean finish, and overall it is gentle.
Kinryo Junmai Honjozo Dry from Kagawa Prefecture. The matured acidity and moderate bitterness come together to create a crisp finish.
Daishichi Junmai Nama Moto from Fukushima Prefecture. Rich depth and flavor, with acidity perfectly blended, and a clean aftertaste. Aged for 1 year.
