Each person will be served with a salted and grilled Nodoguro (sea bream). This is a three-course meal that includes all of Nakamata's specialties. Fresh seasonal fish of the day is cooked in shabu-shabu. Finish with carefully selected rice from Niigata Uonuma, cooked in an earthenware pot. This course includes all-you-can-drink for 2 hours.

Domestic and fresh from Toyosu, we offer the highest quality fresh fish sourced daily, including domestic bluefin tuna from the Yamazaki brand and live botan shrimp from Hokkaido. Experience the large size of shrimp and the rich flavor and tenderness of our top-quality sashimi, served in three recommended styles that pair well with each type. Using large and thick 'Nodoguro' that exceeds 400g, our restaurant typically serves 'Nodoguro' around 300g in size, but we use those that exceed 400g. The 'grilled' preparation is the true flavor; while simmered dishes are also delicious, serving it grilled allows for a dish that can only be made with the highest quality, thick Nodoguro over 400g. You can enjoy the juicy fat that bursts when you take a bite with chopsticks, while also savoring the umami of the flesh.
We prepare about a quarter of a large box of sea urchin sourced from the sea urchin shop in Toyosu every time. If we have enough stock, we can prepare a whole box!
We procure live hairy crabs from Toyosu, soak them in sake to get them nicely intoxicated, and boil them. We will prepare them right in front of you after you place your order. Please enjoy the crab miso along with our homemade crab vinegar!
