This superb course condenses the bounty of the four seasons. Beginning with an aromatic dish with charcoal fire, dashi (Japanese soup stock), and creative Japanese cuisine, the sumptuous ingredients of crab and salmon roe will whet your appetite. The 10-piece sashimi platter allows you to fully enjoy the delicacies of the sea, while the hot dishes, grilled and tempura, fill your mouth with flavor. Sushi lovers will also enjoy 10 pieces of nigiri sushi. And to end the meal, you will enjoy a sumptuous shabushabu-shabu of sea bream, followed by a warm finish with shirasu zosui (rice porridge with baby sardines). Finally, enjoy a gastronomic moment as you experience the changing of the seasons with this special dish made with the bounty of the season.

This banquet course allows you to fully enjoy the tastes of winter. Starting with seasonal appetizers, the course features a variety of delicacies such as sashimi of fresh fish, chicken nanban with Daisen chicken, and cod roe with cheese ball. For the main course, you can choose from two types of nabe. You can choose between "Fukudori Nabe," which is full of chicken flavor, and "Kichigyu Nabe," which is rich and full of Motsunomotsu (a type of beef). Enjoy the warmth and luxurious taste of winter in a relaxed private room.
This banquet course offers a sumptuous feast of seafood and seasonal delicacies.
