This Genghis Khan restaurant was introduced in the Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017.
When we placed our order at the counter, the waiter grilled the meat for us, gave us a lecture on how to cook it, and told us when it was ready to eat.
On this particular day, they had a variety of lamb and mutton, including Australian, New Zealand, and domestic, but the least expensive Australian lamb and mutton were delicious enough!
The bill was about 4,000 yen after drinking Sapporo Classic and eating salted horumon (pork, apparently) and lamb sausage.
For those of us who wanted to relax at a table while eating and planning our trip, it was a bit busy with only counter seats, which is fine because the food was delicious.
