Kushiyaki Taiga

We will ask about your likes and dislikes and grill the recommended skewers. Perfect for first-timers and large groups.

First of all, this one. It is the signature product of Kushiyaki Taiga.

A dish quickly grilled with the liver of freshly slaughtered chicken. Of course, it goes well with salt, but it's also recommended to grill it with sauce and pair it with red wine.

A proud cut with plenty of fat. We definitely want you to try it.

This is a juicy frank grilled thoroughly over charcoal. Please be careful of the hot meat juices!!!!

Lightly brushed with olive oil and grilled over charcoal. Ordering it together with tsukune (chicken meatballs) makes for the best stuffed green peppers.

A dish simply seasoned with salt and grilled over charcoal. It pairs well with shochu, sake, and of course, white wine.

A delicacy grilled whole over charcoal, including the roots and sprouts. It has a minimal lingering smell, and simple salt is recommended.

Please try it first with beer. It is a new specialty of Kushiyaki Taiga.

This is a spicy stew that becomes addictive with the addition of homemade doubanjiang. You can customize it to your liking: change to super spicy for an additional 100 yen, or to hellishly spicy for an additional 200 yen.

Quickly pounded fresh liver. Enjoy with salt and sesame oil.

A refreshing snack. Pairs well with any alcohol.

A proud dish of our restaurant. It takes a little time as each one is carefully grilled.

A soup made by simmering the trimmings that come out during daily preparation. The soup, which concentrates the umami of the chicken without wasting any, is perfect for finishing a meal. It's also great to order it with rice balls and turn it into ochazuke.
