A special product from Echire village in France, known as the best butter in the world. It is carefully made using traditional methods passed down in the village.

In France, a crepe maker is called a 'crepier', just as a pastry chef is called a 'patisserie' and a wine service specialist is called a 'sommelier'. At Chandelier, our crepier (1) makes the batter for one day's worth (2) cooks it after receiving an order (3) generously spreads butter before it is fully cooked to enhance the aroma (4) serves it hot. We cherish these practices to deliver the authentic traditional deliciousness.
