Viliera Tradition Brut Glass 1200 yen Bottle 6400 yen Gently press the grapes before they are fully ripe, using the Champagne method of production. Only the highest quality juice is used, aged for 18 months with lees. Yeast and sugar are added, followed by 6 weeks of secondary fermentation in the bottle.
