The standard course at Incloche is a course that uses seasonal ingredients in abundance. This is the standard course of Incrocci's. This full-course meal is prepared with seasonal ingredients from Fukuoka and Kyushu.
Special Lunch Course. This full course includes hot dishes, fish and meat dishes. You will enjoy dishes that are packed with the charm of Incroach, using carefully selected seasonal ingredients.

We use homemade pasta made from "Genki Tamago" from Iizuka, Fukuoka and "Minami no Eho" from Chikugo. The tagliolini is made with thin noodles, reminiscent of Hakata's ramen noodles. Please enjoy the specialties of Kyushu's Italian cuisine.

Piedmont / Barbera, Nebbiolo Vintage: 1983, 1985 - 1994 Blend of vintages. Layers of aromas and a rich, deep, and attractive flavor.
Piedmont / Nebbiolo aged for 7 years and 3 months in medium toasted barrels. Aromas of black currant, apricot, cocoa, and vanilla.
Tuscany / Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, … aged for over 3 years in French oak barrels. Blended with older vintages to express depth and complexity.
Grappa made from sun-dried Gibibbo used in Sicilian/Gibibbo dessert wine. Flavors of dried fruits, citrus, and candied fruits.
Aged in stainless steel tanks in Piemonte / Dolcetto. An elegant and soft grappa made using fresh Dolcetto.
Limoncello made in Campania / Lemon. Thick and creamy with a rich flavor.
