I was a bit slammed, so I searched for a ramen store that opened at 11:00 a.m. and got a hit. When in doubt, choose the soy sauce ramen at the top left of the ticket machine. Since I was in a hurry, I asked for ramen with wontons. The soup was not too strong, and the noodles were delicious. The wontons, which came in shrimp and meat, were very large and in a shape I had never seen before. Overall, the dish was well-balanced at a very high level, and I found myself finishing the soup.

Japanese Ramen Noodle Lab Q Hakyu/Shio 950Yen A muddy soup with a rich chicken flavor! Four kinds of salt: "Nuchimasu," "Kurikuni no Shio," "Guerande Shio," and "Tengai Tenshiyo. The soup is made with four kinds of salt and freshly-aged white soy sauce. In addition, it is made with broth made from Shintoku Jidori chicken and aromatic vegetables, resulting in a rich and creamy finish✨. The mouth is filled with the flavor of the chicken. The impression is followed by a subtle taste of white soy sauce. I feel that it is exactly in the middle of the mildness of Sapporo's chicken shiranyu. It is especially recommended for those who try chicken shiranyu-based ramen for the first time! ◎ Homemade noodles made with Hokkaido wheat! We use our own homemade blend of "Haruyokoi," "Yumechikara," "Kita Honami," and "Kita-no-Kaori," as well as Okinawan Nuchimasu and natural Inner Mongolia brine to create our original custom-made noodles with Sudo Noodles. The noodles are medium-thick and straight. The texture is like a crispy cut. The amount of water added to the noodle is not so common in ramen shops in Hokkaido! Compared to Seiyu, the noodles seem to be chewier 🤗. Toppings Two kinds of pork chashu pork, komatsuna (Japanese mustard greens), and chili peppers. There are two kinds of chashu pork, one is chicken and the other is pork. The pork pork is grilled rare and has a unique texture and taste. I thought it was similar to the texture of thick tongue! The chicken is cooked at a low temperature after being cooked over a charcoal fire to lock in the flavor. The chicken is marinated in a special salt sauce and vacuum-cooked at low temperature. This unique cooking method produces a char siu pork like no other. ☺️ ✍️About the restaurant We do not have a button for large portions on the ticket machine. They want you to enjoy other side dishes. The restaurant was chosen as the number one ramen restaurant in Chuo City over many other famous restaurants by Team Knacks, a TV show featuring Hokkaido star Yo Oizumi. B1F Rindo Building, 2-1-3 Kita 1-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo 🚃 Subway Namboku Line, Tozai Line, Toho Line "Odori Station" Exit 31, 3 min. walk, 5 min. walk from "Sapporo Station". This niboshi shoyu ramen was class. The soup is an intense chicken broth with wild chicken fat, cooked with a tare of 5 different soy sauces; Noodle is a rich blend of 6 different Hokkaido flours, topped with smokey mochibuta pork and sous-vide Shintoku chicken.
