Sairo’s seasonal dinner course, where you can enjoy the colors of early summer and the flavors of the season. The meal begins with a chilled soup that captures the toasty aroma of grilled corn, followed by refreshing appetizers such as matcha sesame tofu, rice bran-pickled water eggplant, and a vinegar-marinated salad of water shield and crab. Savor the flavors of the season with sashimi and grilled conger eel served with a fragrant winter melon sauce. The main course features charcoal-grilled Daisen chicken. This is followed by a series of signature dishes unique to Sairo, blending Japanese and Western influences, such as blini with small shrimp and mascarpone, and fritters of whitefish and edamame. To round out the meal, we serve green pea rice cooked in a clay pot, accompanied by two side dishes. For dessert, we’ve prepared Peach Melba, which highlights the natural sweetness of peaches. We invite you to take your time and savor the flavors of early summer, crafted from seasonal ingredients.
