Using the spring water from Mount Miwa, known as 'the water of the gods', and locally grown Yamada Nishiki rice with a polishing ratio of 60%. This is an unfiltered sake with an alcohol content of 13%. The aroma is fresh, with a ginjo fragrance reminiscent of ramune.
