This dish is a direct reproduction of "sarabachi" cuisine, a representative food culture of Kochi Prefecture. The dishes are lavishly arranged with the delicacies of the mountains and sea produced by the blessed nature of Kochi Prefecture. The contents have been further upgraded since the last time!
[Tosa-Shimizu Straw Grill and Tosa-Shio Salt Motsu-nabe Course] The first salted motsu nabe (motsu cooked in a soup made of Soda soup stock and Kochi Prefecture salt and Rokusuke salt) is used for the first time! The flavor of the soup is further enriched with Kochi chives and ginger. Fluffy and juicy Japanese beef and vegetables are served with Kochi Prefecture's yuzu kosho (citrus pepper). In addition to the motsu nabe, you can also enjoy our signature dish of straw-roasted tataki and assorted sashimi, a local delicacy of Tosashimizu City. Please enjoy our original salted motsu nabe along with straw-roasted tataki, which has a distinctively savory flavor,

[Tosashimizu Straw Grill and Sukumo Yellowtail Shabu-Shabu Shabu Course in Winter]. This course is a healthy and satisfying way to enjoy plenty of fatty Sukumo yellowtail and fresh vegetables. The dish is finished with zosui (rice porridge) or soba noodles in a broth made from Soda-bushi and yellowtail, in which the yellowtail's delicious flavor is melted into the broth. Please drink up all the deliciousness! In addition, the restaurant's main feature, straw-roasted tataki, a local delicacy of Tosashimizu City, features not only bonito but also yellowtail (straw-roasted is available in all courses). (Straw-baked yellowtail is available in all courses.) As the saying goes, you can enjoy every bit of yellowtail in this yellowtail-full course.
